Step 1 - Contact A Support Agent
Call our toll free support line and speak with one of our agents before you initiate any of the following steps.
Step 2 - Start The Screenshare Session
Click this button or the image at the bottom left hand side of your screen.
Step 3 - Click "Share Screen"
Press the "SHARE MY SCREEN" to start the screensharing session.

Step 4 - Allow Screenshare In Your Browser
Your browser may prompt you to allow the screenshare to continue. Please click "Allow". Your browser may ask you to select the correct browser tab and/or screen. Screenshare will only be enabled for a monitor or screen if you select it. Otherwise it will be limited to the browser tab or window you select.

Step 5 - Share the code with the Five9 Agent

The code is located in the lower left hand corner of your screen. The example code shown, is not your code.
Step 6 - When your call is completed, click "End Session"

End Session is located in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Do not click End Session until you are done sharing your screen with Five9 Customer Support representative.
